With over 40 years experience of entertaining young people of all ages, I am a safe option for pre-school, infants and primary education functions through to University Balls & Graduations, as musically, I am able to blend current material with nostalgia or kids' favourite sing-a-long numbers.

Pre School

I am able to perform for young children, mixing a selection of 'The Wiggles' or 'Hi-5' songs, or play a suitable choice of party favourites that will have the children up and dancing from the first song.

If required, I am able to organise party games - for example: Musical Chairs, Pass The Parcel, Simon Says or more interactive games with balloons - however, all prizes and equipment for these would need to be provided, although I am able to source items at an additional charge.

Primary & Infant Schools

From experience, I have always found that it is better to separate these two groups to avoid the smaller children being over-powered by the older ones, as it totally ruins the fun atmosphere that I shall be creating, as the musical preferences of each age group varies so much.

I have found that the younger children become more involved with the party favourites, for example: musical chairs, birdie song, the macarena and general party favourites such as limbo dancing - whereas the older children will respond to the current hits, pop idol and music from artists such as Kylie Minogue, The Veronica's, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani and even Shannon Noll.

It is important to remember that the music choice is up to you or you can utilize my experience in judging what music is appropriate for this age group.

I am acutely aware that certain songs have inappropriate lyrics and shall ensure that these songs will not be played unless you give specific written permission prior to the event.

Senior High Schools & Secondary Education Centres

In the UK I had a good reputation with both public and private schools by providing a level of service that was appreciated by schools, education authorities, youth organisations and parents alike by offering professional, securely erected and reliable equipment, along with the best experience of talking to and interacting appropriately with those that I was entertaining, whilst keeping those in authority informed about any occurences or situations that needed their attention.

This age group needs special attention to detail as they are more likely to move the demarcation line than any other, and are not always mature enough to understand why rules have been set.

I am more than happy to take requests on the night, if you feel it is appropriate for the group that I am entertaining, and always ensure that I have the latest hits from the US/UK and Australia available and am able to mix the music around to suit all tastes.

College, University & Further Education

This is the time to relax, let your hair down and party the night away in a safe and co-ordinated environment away from the classroom, homework and lectures.

Musical styles and themes will vary from campus to campus but with my experience of clubs around the world, and more recently since migrating to WA, I am able to slot into the musical inclinations of the crowd, whether they are seeking R&B and Hip-Hop, Rock or Indie through to commercial dance, techno, house or trance, and will always work within the framework set by the organisers.

I am able to perform between live band sets, have fronted crowds as large as 10,000 in the US and UK and am happy to let the music take the evening wherever it wants to go.

Prices for this age group are dependant on the venue, size of the crowd and the amount of equiment required. So please discuss your function carefully with me to ensure that all your needs are covered.
